Dear PMIFC Members,

You are cordially invited to attend and take part in our annual PMI Frankfurt Chapter Members meeting to be held on July 30th at the Cosmopolitan, Frankfurt Germany. In order to attend this official meeting, please make a reservation online at our PMIFC Website by no later than July 20, 2012.

The first half of this year has been all about re-establishing and stabilizing our PMI Frankfurt Chapter to include: ensuring a smooth transition to a new board (nearly every board member has changed), establishing our operational structure (developing and registering our new articles of incorporation), and setting our course for the future (defining the vision and strategic plan). 

As an official members meeting, we would like to request your attendance and your support to conduct this meeting according to official PMI meeting decorum. It would be very helpful if a few of you would offer your assistance in simply helping our VP Members and Meetings, Mr. Juergen Ruff, with the meeting administration on July 30, 2012. Those who volunteer will be invited for that evening to free food and drinks and provided valuable PDU’s for chapter activity support.  Please contact Juergen at VPMeetings@pmifc.com. Thank you

We look forward to come together as a PM community at this next members meeting to report on our performance (release the good news), vote on official business (agree to our new by-laws), and plan our next steps together (focus on our new targets) for the rest of 2012 and 2013.  There are many new changes in our chapter that are quite positive and exciting and new things to come in the future, which you will only be able to hear about and provide your feedback on when you attend and take part at this official meeting.
